The annual summer-only sweets buffet uses Haagen-Dazs ice cream. This year, as part of the Sheraton Summer Party, the theme for July is "Kawaii" and for August is "Summer Festival."

This time, Executive Pastry Chef Nakagawa, Mayu Asada, who is active as a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) at Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel, and Namika Masui, a mommy influencer who is highly supported by the child-rearing generation in Hiroshima, have planned a "Special Sweets Buffet to Enjoy the Summer." "It would be nice if there was a sweet like this," was the result of this conversation, and the sweets that shine with the unique ideas of the two of them will also be on display.

The theme for July is "Kawaii"

July marks the bright start of summer and features a "Kawaii" theme with a selection of hotel-made sweets in light pastel colors that will make your heart flutter. Cool and colorful parfaits, sparkling jellies, and cakes in adorable shapes are all on offer. Enjoy a pop and happy world!

Special desserts prepared by a pastry chef right in front of you. In July, "Berry Tiramisu Parfait" and "Purupuru Peach Parfait" will be available.
You can choose from four different flavors of Häagen-Dazs ice cream to top your parfait: vanilla, caramel, strawberry, and green tea.

They have come up with cute sweets that children will also enjoy, such as the "Berry Crunch Macaron" with berry ganache sandwiched in between, and the "Strawberry Pop" with fluffy strawberry mousse stuffed with nuts and chocolate chips. Inspired by the beaded accessories and candy pops that were popular during the Heisei era, the "experience-based sweets" are appealing because they allow you to enjoy the sounds and textures.

The theme for August is "Summer Festival"

In August, there will be a lineup of original sweets inspired by summer festivals, such as caramel mousse inspired by candy apples, takoyaki cream puffs, and goldfish jelly, to mark the end of summer. Enjoy a leisurely time enjoying the "afterglow of the festival" while indulging in a playful spirit!

A special dessert prepared by a pastry chef right in front of you. In August, "Tropical Fruit Parfait" and "Pudding A La Mode Parfait" will be available. You can choose your favorite ice cream from four types of Häagen-Dazs ice cream: "Vanilla," "Caramel," "Strawberry," and "Green Tea" to top your parfait.

We have come up with healthy sweets that even small children can eat with peace of mind. The fluffy and cute-looking "Gluten-Free Pancakes" are made using rice flour and served with Haagen-Dazs ice cream. We also have a lineup of treats for small children and health-conscious people, such as the "Kids Welcome Fruit Plate" for children under the age of three.
