Setouchi Triennale | Art tour of the seaside town |

The Setouchi Triennale is a festival held on the islands of the Setouchi Inland Sea, known as the "Jewel of the World."

This is a contemporary art festival held once every three years. The theme of the festival is "Restoring the Sea."

Over the course of approximately 100 days, you can enjoy the artworks across three seasons (spring, summer, and fall).

Hiroshima also has the Shimose Art Museum, which was selected as the "world's most beautiful art museum."

The city is home to many art facilities, including the Onomichi City Museum of Art, designed by architect Tadao Ando.

Shimanami Kaido | A world-renowned cycling mecca |

This is Japan's first bicycle path that crosses a strait and is also famous as a mecca for cyclists.

Its length is about 60km, connecting Onomichi City in Hiroshima Prefecture and Imabari City in Ehime Prefecture.

This is Hiroshima's representative "sea road" in the sky, where you can feel the sea breeze with your whole body as you glance at the various islands.

It is recommended not only for bicycle enthusiasts, but also for beginners if you choose the right course.

A scenic spot is one type of cultural asset in Japan.

It is popular as one of the places in western Japan where you can enjoy the concentrated beauty of the gorge.

Hiroshima Castle | Beautifully lit up |

This castle is one of Japan's 100 famous castles and was built by Mori Motonari, a warlord from the Sengoku period, who was inspired by Osaka Castle.

Cherry blossoms at night in spring, fresh greenery in summer, autumn leaves, and snowy winter scenery - castle culture and seasonal scenery that symbolize the Warring States period.

You can enjoy nature.

It has been decided that Hiroshima Castle's main tower will close at the end of this fiscal year, so entry will only be possible until March 2026.

Ekinishi is the Osugacho area on the west side of Hiroshima Station, a short walk from the station.
